Game-changing clients. Career-boosting training.
We’re an entrepreneurial law firm that focuses on companies driven by technology and innovation. Often, they need our expertise to help them navigate highly regulated environments, or protect their intellectual property.
“Fieldfisher is a truly ambitious firm.”

From an i-pro bono website to the annual charity pub quiz
At Fieldfisher, we want to have a positive impact on the world around us, above and beyond the work we do. From our green policies to our charity fundraising work for the Alzheimer’s Society and our participation as reading partners for a range of schools, we try to put this aim into practice across the communities we work in. Of course, we’re also actively involved in pro bono work. We’ve even developed an innovative i-pro bono website, that’s helping us match our skills with the needs of communities all around the world.
A more diverse range of talent
We’re not clones at Fieldfisher. We all have very varied lifestyles. And as an employer, we want to make sure that everyone who works here feels welcome and supported. We’re one of the most highly rated law firms on the Stonewall list for the second year running. We also have a thriving working parents group, called Family Matters, plus an active LGBT team.
We also want to make sure that people from a diverse range of backgrounds have the chance to work in the legal sector. That’s why we developed the Diversity Access scheme in partnership with Kaplan Law School. What’s more, our innovative School Leavers programme, Step2Success, gives post A-Level students, who choose not to go to university, the opportunity to train to be lawyers whilst working for us and without incurring big student debts.
Fieldfisher actively participates in and host exciting events for the Interlaw Diversity Forum and Diversity Role Models. We also monitor our third party suppliers to ensure they take diversity as seriously as we do.
